Hi, I’m Vic!
I live in Melbourne, Australia with my husband and four kids. I am a former lawyer, now a stay at home Mum and have always had a passion for baking.
I am constantly baking. When I’m not baking I am usually thinking about baking or reading cookbooks and food magazines. It seemed a natural progression to start this food blog and hence Marble & Whisk was born!
In addition to being slightly obsessed with baking, I am also a sweet tooth – always have been and always will be I think. It made sense to make this blog about what I love to bake which would explain why most (but not all) of my recipes are of the sweet variety.
Marble & Whisk is where you will find all my favourite baking recipes (and other sweet treats) that have been tried and tested by me and I know you will LOVE. Most of my recipes are simple and easy to follow but where they are slightly more complicated, I try and break it down for you so its not so intimidating. I am completely self-taught so if I can make a recipe, then you definitely can too!
My hope with Marble & Whisk is that it will be somewhere you can come for your baking inspiration whether it be your next weekend baking project, bake sale or special occasion.
